Not only are they very professional in their approach, but they are also completely void of all 'double glazing' sales tactics. They offer you the free information and will work extremely hard to finds system that will best suit each customer, based on budget, roof space, current bill costs and asthetic preference. They also have finance options which seem to be unique to them, as they have some sort of business relationship with Barclays bank which allows them to provide you with panels for next to nothing without renting your roof ! SES do not appear to be on the REAL members list nor the MCS installer database so any industry safeguards against 'sharp practise' do not apply. The quoted £12k price for a 2kW system is excessive by any means and a system of this size should cost between £6,000 - £7,000 including all equipment and VAT from a reputable, established company. Please write down NOW, anything and everything that was said to you by the salesman as you may need to refer to this in order to back-out of the contract.
